Booking & Payment
• Full payment for your selected treatment is required in advance by bank transfer to secure your appointment.
• After submitting your online booking, payment must be made straight away using the bank details below.
• Your appointment is not secured until full payment has been received by La Healing.
• Please transfer the exact treatment amount and use your full name (the same name used when making your booking) as the payment reference so we can identify your payment.
• If payment is not made straight away, La Healing reserves the right to release the appointment for another customer.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
• All cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may reschedule your booking once, subject to availability.
• At least 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule.
• Your payment will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
• Once an appointment has been rescheduled, it cannot be rescheduled again or refunded.
• If you do not attend your original or rescheduled appointment, your payment will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. The full treatment fee will still apply.
Health & Hygiene
• Please inform us before your appointment if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, recent surgery or other health concerns that may affect your treatment.
• If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
• We maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Treatment rooms, equipment and surfaces are sanitised between appointments, and fresh towels and linens are provided for every client.
• We kindly ask that all clients arrive in a clean and hygienic condition out of consideration for our therapists and other clients.
• We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment where a client's condition, hygiene or behaviour may present a health or safety risk.
Professional Conduct
• La Healing provides professional therapeutic massage treatments only.
• Any inappropriate behaviour, abusive language or requests outside the scope of professional massage will result in the treatment ending immediately, and no refund will be given.
