Please read our T&Cs and Salon Policy prior to booking an appointment.
By booking an appointment with us, this means that you have fully understood and agreed to Nailland London terms and conditions.
You are welcome to visit our salon for a pre-consultation session, prior to making a booking.
1. A deposit of 30% per customer will be required for all bookings prior to your arrival. A cancellation fee of 30% will apply if you fail to notfiy us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Customers please note:
-Specify if you would like a design when booking e.g Frech tips etc.
-To book two services, extra services or nail design, please press "Add Service" on the next page, after selecting the staff you with.
-To request a technician please write it in your notes to avood confusion.
-To book appointments that you wish to start at the same time for you and your friend, you must book separately by closing the page and booking again.
- Please always check if you also need to book for removal first, this will sufficiently reduce delays for our new appointments
- We recommend to bring open toe sandals to wear after classic pedicure (with normal polish)
-Leave plenty of time for your appointment as there maybe some delays.
-During the Christmas season we no longer provide normal polish treatments due to our tight schedule.
