Booking Window: Please book your appointments or reservations at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability and adequate preparation time for your service.
Cancellation Window: If you wish to cancel your booking or reservation, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled Service Date.
Refund Eligibility: Only customers who cancel their booking or reservation before the 24 hours cancellation window will be eligible for a refund.
