SALON POLICY Dear customers Our Salon Policy is to protect the customer rights and guarantee our services. The hard copy is displayed in our Salon and available on your request. We also would like to inform the main points that you need to be aware before booking or coming to our salon for the service(s). GUARANTEE 1. Traditional polish is not guaranteed 2. Enhancement / Gel polish services are Only guaranteed for 72 hrs from your visit . Within this time frame, if any problem due to the technical, please get in touch with us to schedule your free repair. If you can not come back within the free repair period, please still inform us and book an appointment at your most convenient. 3. We will not be responsible for any breakage, infection or damage nails after you Leave the salon. Before service • We do offer walk-in services, but you may have to wait if we are occupid. • We reserve the right to refuse service If we decide It is not safe or possible to do so. • Please ask our staff which service you would like to have. Always wear protective gloves for housework gardening, DIY, etc, • Enhancements are guaranteed for 72 hours after your appointment. If anything happens to your nails during this time, please call us to schedule a check-up for a free repair. • If you have any questions on how to take care of your nalls, please speak to us • If you experience reactions such as redness or swelling around the cuticle 'dred, please contact us ASAP for c check-up. You may also need special treatment/advice from your GP. REFUND 1. No cash refund will be given After you have left the salon. 2.
