ARRIVAL & PUNCTUALITY
Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time for check-in, restroom use, and colour selection. We run on a strict schedule; late arrivals may result in a shortened service or loss of appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Arriving late (15 minutes or more) may result in a wait. No-shows or frequent cancellations may affect future bookings.
