Deposits La Healing Booking Policy
• A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all online bookings.
• Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment, with the remaining balance payable at your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours' notice or more may have the deposit transferred to one future booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or for missed appointments (no-shows).

Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Health & Hygiene
• Please inform us before your appointment if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, recent surgery, or other health concerns that may affect your treatment.
• If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
• We maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Treatment rooms, equipment, and surfaces are sanitised between appointments, and fresh towels and linens are provided for every client.
• We kindly ask that all clients arrive in a clean and hygienic condition out of consideration for our therapists and other clients.
• We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment where a client's condition, hygiene, or behaviour may present a health or safety risk.

Payment
• The remaining balance is payable at your appointment.
• We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards.

Professional Conduct
• La Healing provides professional therapeutic massage treatments only.
• Any inappropriate behaviour, abusive language, or requests outside the scope of professional massage will result in the treatment ending immediately, and no refund will be given. By making a booking with La Healing, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Booking Policy.
